Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Dessert for breakfast!
1 cup of milk - I use oat
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Sea salt to taste
1/3 cup Cocojune yogurt
1/2 banana
Cinnamon to taste
Start by measuring out 1/4 cup of chia seeds into a container, this is going to stay in the fridge over night so pick one that has a lid. Then add 1 cup of milk to your container.
Next, measure your cocoa powder and maple syrup mixing them with your chia seed and milk mixture.
Once everything is completely mixed together, add a sprinkle of salt and let sit in your fridge over night (or at least until thickened)
After sitting, add to a bowl and add toppings of your choice! I love banana and cocojune yogurt on mine!
Don’t forget a dash of cinnamon!
