Protein Oatmeal
High protein, satisfying breakfast!
1/2 cup old fashion oats OR rolled oats
1 cup oat milk
1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder - I used Katchava
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1/2 cup Cocojune yogurt
Cinnamon to taste
In a stove top pot add your oats, milk, peanut butter and protein powder
Let that cook down together for around 5 minutes, stirring frequently
Once completely cooked down add to a bowl
Lastly add your toppings: I used a banana, 1/2 cup of Cocojune yogurt, 1 cup of blueberries and cinnamon to taste
