Mixed Berry Smoothie

With Yogurt and Super Seeds

The perfect refuel!

For chia seed pudding:

1 cup soy milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp honey

For smoothie:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

3 tbsp hemp hearts

1/3 cup Cocojune yogurt

1 cup soy milk

1/3 cup of your thickened chia seed pudding

Start by measuring out 1/4 cup of chia seeds into a container with 1 cup milk of choice.

Then, add your honey and mix in a small container. This will set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to thicken.

Once the chia seed pudding has thickened add 1/3 cup of of your pudding into the blender along with your berries, hemp

hearts, yogurt and milk

Lastly, blend all ingredients together until you have your desired consistency!
