Tofu Lettuce Wraps

With Cabbage Carrots and Cilantro

A refreshing meal you’ll be craving every week

1/2 block Nasoya Super Firm Tofu

1 cup cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1/3 cup Cilantro

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp ginger powder

1 lime

4 leaves of bib lettuce

Add your 1/2 block Nasoya Super Firm Tofu, chopped cabbage, and shredded carrots to a pan with soy sauce. Cook until tofu browns, add ginger powder and half of a lime to the pan, and mix.

Chop your cilantro and wash your lettuce. Once your tofu mixture is crispy, set up your lettuce wraps.

Fill your tofu mixture into the lettuce wraps.

Top with cilantro and more lime to taste.
