Tofu Summer Rolls
So refreshing, so easy!!
1/2 block of nasoya super firm tofu
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium cucumber
1 large bell pepper
1 cup shredded carrots
3 leaves of romaine
5 rice paper wraps
Dave’s Gourmet creamy asian hot sauce
Start by pressing your tofu and slicing into thin pieces. Toss your tofu in the soy sauce and cook in the air frier/oven at 400 F for 15 minutes.
While your tofu is cooking chop your cucumber and bell pepper into long, thin pieces and chop your romaine leaves in half.
Once your tofu is done cooking fill a wide bowl with warm water to soak your rice paper in before adding your toppings on.
When your paper has been soaked (5-10 seconds each side) set it on a plate to start building your summer rolls.
First, I add my lettuce as a base, followed by my cucumber, bell peppers, carrots and tofu.
Once everything is on your rice paper, fold like a burrito until you have the summer roll shape.
I like to dip mine in Dave’s Gourmet creamy asian hot sauce!
Enjoy!
