Loaded Taco Bowl
With Plant Based Meat and Cheese
Easy, delicious lunch or dinner!
1 beyond burger patty - crumbled
1 can black beans
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce - chopped
1/3 cup Cocojune plain yogurt
Sprinkle daiya vegan shredded cheese
Siete taco seasoning
1/3 cup cherry tomatos - diced
Hot sauce to taste
Slice of lime
Start by thawing your beyond burger patty and seasoning it, I used taco siete taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook that on the stove top until crispy
Next, drain and rinse your can of black beans and add them to the stove top with some of the siete taco seasoning, cook until desired texture
As the beyond crumbles and beans cook, chop your lettuce and tomato’s to make your salad base and add that to your bowl
Once the beyond crumbles and beans and done, add them to your salad base
Top with cocojune yogurt, hot sauce and daiya cheese
