Sausage Egg and Cheese

Breakfast Sandwiches

The best meal prep breakfast!

12 Morning Star (spicy) breakfast sausage

1 bottle Just Egg

6 Arnold multi grain sandwich thins

1 cup Daiya shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Salt and pepper to taste

Hot sauce - I add on top when eating!

Pre heat oven to 350 F

Start by putting your sausage on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes

Next, take a muffin tin and spray with any oil (just incase they stick) and evenly distribute your Just Egg - sprinkle in your cheese evenly and bake for 30 minutes or until they’re no longer runny.

Once they are done add them to your sandwich thins, I do not toast them because they are prepped for the week

Individually wrap your sandwiches and pop in the oven or air-frier for 10 minutes (350 F) when ready to eat!
